Accommodation

Bethany Residence is a 128 bed facility consisting of one main building, an apartment complex and one house. 

 

Our two-storey main building features fully furnished, semi-private rooms that include accessible, en-suite washrooms with walk-in showers, all linens as well the option for in-room cable and telephone services (at an extra charge). Within the main building residents also enjoy access to three common lounge areas, all including cable TV, shared computers and WiFi access. Telephones in the common area are also available for use and some include free long-distance calling (within North America). The main building is also home to our common dining room, an area of much social activity. We serve three meals and two snacks every day for our residents and our dining room is also the space where many group social and creative activities take place. Other special amenities found within the main building are our on-site hairdressing space, our central nurse's station as well as access to our nurse call system (though residents can access this anywhere throughout our facility).  

 

Bethany's Special Care Unit, also located within the main building, features its own unique unit design to offer an enhanced level of care as well as an enclosed courtyard and its own dining area.

Our 6 unit apartment complex, connected to the main building, also offers semi-private rooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in showers. Apartment building residents can make use of their full, shared kitchen and their own common area. Supportive care for assisted daily living is offered in the apartment complex as it is throughout Bethany Residence.

The single house linked to Bethany's main building features two semi-private rooms and three private rooms, with a common kitchen and bathroom. Residents in Bethany's house also receive the same level of support offered in all other areas inside our facility.
